This was an awesome game to play! The moment I saw it I knew it was worth buying it, and it was. I really love the art style and the soundtrack adds a really subtle but nice touch to the game.I hope you make more games in the future cause I'd certainly buy them!

This is a really nice game, I have just a question. I've noticed the original game (and this one) have a couple of references to the the Japanese surreal horror movie Hausu. Was this game inspired by that movie? Or were they added in after the fact as sort of a nice nod?
I played your game on Newgrounds and was wondering how different this one is. Is it the same game with more features? A sequel? I really enjoyed the first game anyway. BTW, was it made with GMS2?
Hi! We made the original game in about a month for a game jam. We took our time trying to take the idea as far as we could and deliver a full satisfying experience for this one. And there’s still more to come! Hope you enjoy it.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I want to support you. I'm pretty new on Itch.io, I usually buy my game on Steam or GOG but I did buy some assets on Itch.io. If I buy your game, will it works as standalone or do I have to download a program to make it works? Also, what engine did you use to create your game? GameMaker Studio 2? Your handmade engine? Thanks
When you buy via itch, you get the folder for our game itself. No additional program to download. We do plan on releasing HOUSE onto steam / other places as well but the date for that is currently up in the air.
I know, it's not free to publish your game on Steam (about $100 from what I heard) and it's probably worst when you want to publish them on console like Nintendo Switch and PS4. Anyway, your game is awesome, I can't help thinking of it lately. Did you do it alone? I know how hard is it to make a game on your own...
Getting my brain in bigbrain mode to figure everything out, though I am having trouble finding out how to save the sister, and where to use the doll or slingshot, Gah!

oh my gosh!!! im a HUGE fan of the first game!!! this just made my whole entire year dude!!!! oh my gosh!!! it loks so good! sorry for fanboy-ing but holy cow im seriously in love with this game!

Are there multiple endings, if so, how many ;o?
Yup. There are currently 3 different endings. (With a few more to come in the future)
Would you know how many unique deaths there are in the game as of v1.0? For the MC and everyone else? I'm wanting to get them all.
